4.4 Update Signature Verification Failed

I'm running all stock on my N4, but when I try to use ADB sideload to update to 4.4 I get an "E: Signature verification failed" message. I downloaded the 4.4 factory image straight from Google so the file itself should be fine. Any fixes for this?

could you please provide the link I cant seem to find it and am having same issue pelase
