For those of you running 4g+ LTE Plus. Do you get a 4g+ symbol in the status bar?
I currently get the standard 4g symbol, but I haven't seen the 4g+ although I'm subscribed to a 4g+ plan .

Mine only shows "H", only once has it showed "lte" and I'm in a very strong cellular area.

Toggle the airplane mode off and on a few times and if you are in an LTE area you should get the LTE symbol. I am on AT&T and this is what I have to do constantly if not I sit on H and it's slower speeds

I'm with Sprint and I get the letters "LTE" next to a triangle when WiFi is turned off.
With WiFi turned on, there's not enough room and the "LTE" goes away leaving the triangle.

I was onto the network and they said the device is not supported, although I am getting 4g just not the 4g+. Although being a international 6p is does support the network bands that the network use. Think I'm being fobbed off.

It's not a matter of room, when you get a WiFi connection, the phone suspends cellular data, thus the reason LTE goes away.

The phone just switches so people know their data is being used on wifi. The phone maintains its LTE connection on the back end for other things like MMS or a call (VoLTE).

You can see below in my screenshot wifi is on but I have a signal monitoring app at the top left which shows the state of the cellular connection.

Do you know why I cannot see the band i'm connected to when I go to the LTE Engineering screen through the dialer? I used to be able to see this info with my previous Sprint phone.....

I am not fully sure -- It may have been a change in MM so it won't show the band anymore. I would suggest using an app (like Signal Checker) or something of that nature to see.

I'm on VZ, great connection outside Philly, but very seldom do I get the 4G LTE symbol

I'm in the same area (Montgomery County) and on VZW as well. I get 4G LTE on my HTC One M8. Strange that you wouldn't get the same or better on the 6P.
