4G Transitioning to 3G or WiFi = Reboot Phone

Since the outage, i've been having to reboot the phone to get an active internet connection for my apps. I live in 4G, I work in 3G. As i move away from the towers on the fringe area, i get nothing. 4G seems to be still trying to do something (upload/download active) but apps say no internet connection found. After rebooting, I'm good coming back in as 3G. I drive back to 4G land, then home, WiFi picks up but again, no connection. A reboot fixes it again.

Any ideas.?

Unrooted with new RUU. Again, between strange since the 2nd outage.

I believe that is one of the fixes on the update coming soon. But as a short cut I find it easier to activate airplane mode then turn it back off. It refreshes the network without having to reboot.
