4G upgrade Procedure

Looks like droid life got some inside details on the 4G upgrade process for the Xoom.

Bottom line is its free, you send it into moto (shipping also free), they get it back to you within 6 days.

I was hoping for a quicker turnaround but I can live with that.

Like I said in the other thread. I am not a big fan of having to send it in, but it is very classy for Verizon to make this announcement BEFORE people buy their Xooms.

moto said at ces that it could be dont at verizon stores and i was told by a rep at vz that they where getting training on doing this. so i thank it is just a card and form looking at the sd card slote from my hands on the place holder sd/ 4g card

We knew that there wouldn't be an increase in data prices for LTE?

New info to me at least. This is all pretty good news. As long as they don't break anything in those 6 days
