4k 60fps video on micro sd

Hi there,

May be a silly question, but can I save my 4k 60fps videos on my micro SD card? My note 9 doesn't allow it. Does it depend on the type of micro SD card I have inserted? If I purchase the Samsung Evo, will that be able to store 4k 60fps?

You video card has to be fast enough to handle that resolution

If im not wrong.no matter what microsd you use it will always save to internal.ive tried using SanDisk Extreme Pro MicroSD with 275/100 speeds but it still saves into internal memory.

For 4kp60, you need a U3 SD card, a U1 card is too slow. But if the app doesn't allow saving to the card, the best you can do is save to internal, copy to the card, check the one on the card and, if it's okay, delete the one in internal storage. (Just run My Files, choose the SD card, choose the video [wherever you copied it to] and tap it - that wiil bring up the video player, playing the video.)
