4k UHD missing from settings after updating to pie

Hello folks
Updated my note 9 today to Pie.
As a Surprise I discovered that there is no more possibility to set the video to 4K UHD.
Do you know something about that - how to overcame the issue

I had not noticed this till I seen your post, gotta say this really annoys me as I record a lot of video in 4k on my Note9.
This for me is a huge problem.

Just tap on the top option it expands..
