6.0.1 marshmallow heating my phone!!!

Hi all, new member.

Ive upgraded to android 6.0.1 on my s5, and since then my phone has been AWFUL.

its running slow & sluggish (no viruses, malware, or rooted), its making nearly all my apps run weird, and its also heating my phone up badly!! Im having to,take my battery out to cool it and my phone off, and even when im barely using it (even resorted to holding it over a desktop fan!!), my phone is really warm to the touch!!

Androids main site and samsungs main site as useless, and im struggling to use my phone fo fear of it overheating or becoming totally un-responsive!

My best advice would be to do a factory reset. That would help the apps to act normal. Also clear the cash partition by going into recovery mode (Google if you don't know how, I forgot).
