Found it, thanks. Are there any that should be left off, like phone or knox, things like that?

IMHO, the only apps you'd turn off, are those apps that you absolutely never ever want to miss an instant notification. ie.. Facebook isn't so important to me that I want to be bothered, so I wouldn't turn it off. But text messaging would be higher priority to me because chances are anybody texting me probably has a very good reason to do so, so I'd probably turn Doze off for my SMS app. Your mileage may vary, depending on your personal priorities.Found it, thanks. My battery optimization (doze) didn't stick? I clicked All Apps to enable it, them clicked back out, then back into battery optimization and it's disabled again. Any ideas? I tried this on two Note5's with the Marshmallow update.
I know this is old, but I just figured it out. It's not a selection tab, but a view tab. It shows you which apps are not optimized and then switching shows you all of them. I switched my messages off and then went to the not optimized and switched it back, and it disappeared, so I assume that's how it worksMy battery optimization (doze) didn't stick?
