Try formatting again. The first time I used it it didn't go well. While it worked in the computer, the phone wouldn't read it.

Hey guys, I spent hours trying to get my 64GB card to work with my S3 today using several different Windows PCs and all the tips I could find online. As a last ditch effort I decided to try formatting on my wife's Mac and that did the trick. I just formatted FAT (no FAT32 option) and it shows 59GB on my phone now.
