64GB MicroSD Card

hey guys,

i know this has been discussed a million times, but due to that theres really no deft answer. my main question is, is it safe to buy 64gb sdxc card for the tmobile s3? and if so whats the proper format Fat32 or exFat?

I have the Verizon S3 and use this one for the last couple of months with no issue. I doubt that T-Mo would be any different.
