What!?!?... Just delivered without charge or email????.....

When did you order??... 8 or 16gb??

Never delivered...went to my local Staples and bought the last one.

I turned into one of those people that couldn't wait and got one from a B&M store. When I pre-order something I expect to be one of the first to receive the product. Not the one waiting for an email to let me know it is on it's way. An email that till this very day I have not received.

UPDATE
Uh-oh. Now I don't even see the pending charge on my American Express account anymore. It just completely disappeared. Hope that means it's processing, rather than outright rejected.

No Word from Google.
No Action on my Credit Card.
Had the Standard Pending Charge That Disappeared 1-2 Days After Ordering.
No Desire to Ever Order Hardware from Google Ever Again.

Will send an e-mail to Google tonight which will start off with, "DON'T EVEN TELL ME HOW YOU APPRECIATE MY PATIENCE BECAUSE I HAVE NO MORE LEFT FOR GOOGLE PLAY."

The SOBs can't even put out a mass e-mail or a press release - they bite.

Reasonable to think I will be in the first wave, but nothing.

As a side note, went to visit daughter & son in law in Bryan/College Station, TX this weekend, there are 3 Game Stops there. Called all 3, only 1 had them and were reserved for pre-orders. After thinking about it, I called the store back and asked if there was any way I could get one, the employee there relented (thankfully), said she had one reserved for herself but would let me have it. She did and I do.

A pre-charge on that day, went away a couple days later.

Initial charge on the 7th that disappeared on the 9th, reappeared briefly on the 15th before disappearing again. No more activity since then.

No charge, No tracking number. Pending charge fell off the account which is not unexpected since Google hasn't "completed" the transaction.

As a side note, I also ordered a Galaxy Nexus on 7/15... pending charge, no tracking number
