My CC got charged yesterday in the early afternoon.

I still haven't recieved any emails with shipping confirmation.... And my google wallet shows no changes....

Google really needs to get their stuff together, this is crazy that a multi-mutli Billion $ Internet company cant get there act together....

Actually taking orders today or yesterday and shipping the products to those ppl before the preorders.... That is inexcusable....

I just got off the phone with GS Rep and I ask for a refund on the shipping cost.($13.99) I was not rude but I was politely stern with the GS Rep. I expressed how I preorder my tablet on 6/27 while others for example preorder 8/10 recieve their tablet before me. Furthermore went to say I thought my situation was unfair and was not pleased. The GS Rep unfortunately could not give me a refund because it was not his department. He did however forward my request to another department that would look over my request. The GS Rep could not promise me my refund but that I should receive an email about my request for refund in the next 24hrs. I will tell you all how it goes.

Still have not received e-mail about my request for a refund on the shipping cost. The GS Rep did say it would take 24 hours so I hoping to receive email sometime tomorrow. I will call them Saturday if still haven't receive am e-mail. I will keep you guys posted if find anything out tomorrow.

Oh well....woke up this morning and the date on my Google Play page went from 7/19 to 7/20. No shipping email or tracking info in my Google Wallet. Guessing I will probably not receive mine today, but maybe I'll be surprised. Very disappointed Google....

I think when they say all preorders before the 11th will be shipped tonight they are lying. I've still have no tracking number and ordered 6/28 with case. I'm starting to wonder if it will even ship by tomorrow.

They only said "stand alone" nexus 7 orders would ship by 7/19. Orders with cases would ship "this week". I just noticed that Google changed the way the CS page works. It now asks you to choose whether you ordered a standalone unit or a unit with accessories. Once you choose with accessories it only says it will ship this week, possibly without the accessory.

Really don't understand why they couldn't have shipped all N7 units by last night and sent the cases next week. I think that would have been a better consumer relations move than making people, who spent additional money with Google, wait over the weekend to get their N7. Seems like a very cheap move by a billion dollar company. At the very least they should upgrade orders shipped on Friday to Saturday delivery. But since that costs extra I won't hold my breath.

Well woke up to some good news. My UPS emailed me with my shipping and tracking info. It's supposed to be delivered by the end of day. My google wallet page also updated with the tracking number. Still no email from google.

The only bad thing is I will be at work all day, if they don't leave it, hopefully I can pick it up after I get off work. I wish I had taken off but, they told me it wasn't coming until next week.

Also woke up to good news. It's on the way ladies and gentleman. Just want to advise you guys if you don't get an e-mal check your google wallet account! I did not receive an e-mail containing shipping details however i was able to track my shipment via the UPS link on the google wallet site. Good luck everyone.

Ordered 16GB version on 27 JUNE. Heard Nothing until this morning when I received a tracking number. According to that tracking number mine should have been delivered LAST Friday. However, also according to UPS, they are not in possession of the device. Google must be applying a First In-Last out rule. Since I ordered mine within 2 hours of availability, I must receive it 2 hours after the second to last person to get one. Also, the UPS shipping is for TWO day delivery, not overnight as Google publicly state. As that great American Goober used to say; Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Never again.

I ordered 1 of each size on the same order. I have neither.

My credit card has a pending charge that hit on 7/18, but I don't have a shipping email and don't have a tracking # in my wallet account.

This morning my Google Play order history for the date of order went from 7/4 to 7/20.

What a waiting game!

Thought I'd update since I posted here yesterday. I noticed yesterday evening that my Play account updated the CC charge date from the 18th to the 19th. Then last night I logged into my wallet account around 11:30 CT and it had updated and had a UPS tracking number. I never received an e-mail notification that it had shipped but per the tracking number my Nexus 7 is out for delivery today. I hope the others here that were in my situation are similarly blessed with tracking numbers. Peace.

No email from Google, but I did receive an email from UPS with a tracking number. Google Play has been updated as well. Should be here today. I'll contain my excitement, though. UPS in my area is generally questionable. A few times they've said they've updated their site with a message that said they've attempted delivery and I've been home all day with no one coming by.

Pre ordered on 6/27 for a 16 GB.

July 13, they charge my old debit card (got a new one)
July 13, update my card and get charged, account says processing up till the 17th
July 17, spend 65 minutes on hold, talk to girl, says they will speed up my order
July 18, charge processing disappears from my account
July 20, 1 am I get the shipping notification, tracking # says not picked up yet, no charge on my card

Me pissed off because everyone I know has their's already, I'm going on a trip today and won't have it, and it's showing up later than they promised.

Nexus 7 box! The reports are correct, this was insane to open! Just getting the slide cover off was near impossible. Then theres a couple pieces of tape that are easily cut through, but then the box cover is extremely snug on the box bottom.

I'm loving this thing so much! For those of you that haven't received theirs yet, keep up hope. It will come soon and is totally worth the wait.

I'm going to be calling Google to try to get a refund on shipping, will tell you how it goes.

I just got that e-mail about 30 minutes ago and about 3 hours after I actually received the Nexus. Heh

Mine was delivered about 2 hours and I have yet to receive an email from Google and the dates in Google Wallet didn't change until this afternoon. The only way I knew it was coming today was because I created a MyChoice account and got a notification email from UPS yesterday evening.

Hey guys just wanted to let you know my wife just called me with the good news! Its almost 5 which means a few minutes to hit the road (45 min drive :'( ) and will be playing with my new toy!!!

I preordered on 7/6 and my order went to the top of GPlay on the 18th, last night I received the GPlay email with confirmation number at exactly 11:34 pm and they delivered it today at 4:03 pm.

I'll post some pix when I get home (and yes, I signed the petition but I'll be calling GPlay CS for my shipping refund :-$ )
