7/16/2012 NO CHARGE OR EMAIL (GP Check-in Thread)

Just gave up. The charges disappeared from my card, no update.

Emailed them and told them to cancel all the orders (which they might ignore). Worst service ever.
 
I ordered on the 28th and still haven't got it (8 GB only). I received a tracking number two days ago, but there isn't any activity with it.

Anyone else still waiting on a June pre-order?

All say is WTF Google.

Got a shipping email last night/early this morning (4 AM EST today/Thursday technically). Ecstatic. At first I assumed with overnight shipping that'd mean I'd get it today. But UPS says 2 Day shipping and tomorrow is the estimated delivery date. Pretty annoyed not just because I didn't get the overnight because I did nothing today and could've played with it all day while I'm pretty busy Thursday and Friday. Whatever, it's in my city now and I'm getting it tomorrow!
 
I was able to order a 16gb on 7/20 and woke up today with a shipping email, with the delivery date being 7/27. I'm certainly not trying to brag, I'm just confirming that there is something SERIOUSLY wrong with the way they are sending these things out. I genuinely feel for those of you who are having so many issues. I'd be furious.
 
Still have not received e-mail about my request for a refund on the shipping cost. The GS Rep did say it would take 24 hours so I hoping to receive email sometime tomorrow. I will call them Saturday if still haven't receive am e-mail. I will keep you guys posted if find anything out tomorrow.

I was busy Saturday and haven't called google back. Now I have to see why haben't received an email about my request for refund on shipping cost. Come on it's been 4 days Google and I haven't received an email back. I am not surprised just frustrated.

UPDATE 7/26/2012
So I called last Thursday regarding a refund on the shipping cost and I was told I would receive email in regards to my request with 24hrs. Well it's has been a week and still no e-mail from Google. I called today and talk to GSR and they told have "not been forgot" and that there is "queue" of emails regarding a refund. Then GSR went on to tell me their is "no time frame" but tried to reassure me they are responding to e-mails. I will keep you guys posted in a new thread.

Tell me about it! I called last night. Of course, they could not give me any answers, and I was told that my request was going to a specialist. I am supposed to hear something within 48 hrs. I mentioned the email that was sent out about orders being upgraded to next day air shipping. My tracking # lists 2 day shipping. The CSR said that he would try to get it changed to next day and also refund my shipping cost (I didn't ask for that).

I already have a 16 GB that I picked up on Gamestop, so I am not freaking out about it. But my wife is now going to keep the 8 GB since she sold her Fire for $150.
 
That's ridiculously but at least you got your refunded. Hopefully everyone else gets their refunded.
