Click to expand... it's pretty random to be honest. it'll pop up, and if i touch the screen it'll go away. i would say it's happened about 5 or 6 times in 2 weeks. OS problems? hardware?

OS problems? hardware? Click to expand... the fact that you were able to get a screenshot and reproduce it looks like a S/W issue to me. try updating to 4.2.2 and see if the issue still exist
