A Sound profiles app that can toggle SMS vibration?

Spring Galaxy S4 running Android 4.3

I've used Quick Profiles and tried a few others, but can't seem to accomplish the following:

1. Enable a profile that turns on SMS Vibrate.
2. Then later, enable a profile that turns off SMS Vibrate.

So basically, if you have vibrate on during the day, and then go "phone only" mode at night, your phone will still vibrate with incoming SMS's.

Can anyone guide me to an app or solution to automate toggling Vibrate for SMS (or any other app) ?
