Just a few that I use on a daily basis:

I just switched from a Storm to a Droid..I downloaded Astro so I can easily navigate my SD card files. Great must have app!
 
Beautiful widgets, Handcent sms, Barcode scanner, Dolphin browser, Sportstap, NFL mobile and most importantly, Astro.
 
Beautiful Widgets, MLB At-Bat 2010, Sportstap, Astro, Handcent SMS, Quickdial, Where, Weatherbug Elite, K-9 Mail, B&B Gallery. And the list goes on!
 
Most used and must have apps for myself are:

MotoTorch(flashlight)
Handcent
Meebo IM
SetCPU
SMS Backup & Restore
WaveSecure(not used daily but needed for security)
Wireless Tether for Root Users
Weather Channel
 
1. QuitSM. Program to help you quit smoking. Widget shows how much money you have saved since you have quit. ($413.70 BTW)

2. Amazon

3. Bloo Gotta get those FaceBook Notifications

4. Droid Coupons This app has saved me a lot of money, and given me some free stuff too.

5. iheartradio

6. OurGroceries My wife loves adding stuff to the list from her phone while I am already at the store

Two must haves for me are feedr and tvguide. I think that idemolished should also be on my list to help my waiting time at classes.

Not gonna go with the standards like everyone else. Specific to my Droid Nesoid and Genoid. They actually give a use to d-pad of my Droid.
