Thanks. Made orange marmalade scones as well. Kid doesn't like eggs (ever since they hatched them in 1st grade for science project) so mostly learnt to make baked goodies at home by reviewing recipes online and modifying them as necessary. Makes a mean coffee cake as well (with coffee in it).
