Yesterday's BBQ. One 9lb pork loin on the lower rack and a rack of ribs on the upper rack.
Started during my lunch hour and finished two and a half hours later. Pork loin rubbed with equal parts freshly cracked pepper and kosher salt. The ribs had the same salt and pepper rub plus raw sugar. Smoked with Oak wood.
