Wife always gets this Relleno breakfast then complains it's too much and only finishes about a third of it.

Mooli paratha or leavened bread with shredded white radish filling. Usually enjoyed with pickle and yogurt, a staple from North India. Homemade and absolutely lip smackingly delicious
