I simply do love food, can't live without it of course. Here in Norway we got a kind of sandwich/toast meal, which is basicly made up of salad, bread and raw meat. It got the name "tartar sandwich", or something like that. I think it's possibly the best dish I can imagine the taste of. Except from sushi, which is very much the same thing, after all.
