I typically play "Chopped" in my kitchen. Just like the TV show, I work with whatever I have in my cabinets :)

Whole wheat penne pasta with andouille sausage, vodka sauce, and red pepper flakes for heat.

Was my birthday on Wednesday. Went out to a nice restaurant to celebrate.

This morning my wife cooked mushrooms with spinach and scrambled eggs.
Than I got some very hot enchiladas from yesterday with black beans and panela cheese.
Nothing crazy but very delicious!
