What does catfish taste like?

The texture is denser, but not unlike other white fish.

Mom and I ordered pizza and parmesan cheese bites from Domino's last night. So delicious and looked so good that I needed to immortalize the experience with photos.

Miso Ramen at Yume in Houston airport.

Chayote mango salad with pumpkin barley porridge. Verde Mesa in San Juan, PR. The food was amazing.

Purple Cloud - berry compote, crumbled merengue and whipped cream. Probably one of the best desserts I have ever eaten.

Oh and also tried the flourless chocolate cake which was okay.

Like literally the pizza here is the worst GARBAGE EVER TO EXIST. Honestly, even the cheap pizza from a BBQ kiosk I like to eat in Serbia is heaven on earth compared to the cafeteria trash here. And on top of everything the crap they serve in the cafeteria also has 4-10x more calories (and some stuff like pizza has no calorie labels) than a better quality/taste equivalent of said food. This absolutely SUCKS because I love food soooooo much.

Yunnan style fried Chinese eggplant.
Soft braised tofu in soy sauce with enoki mushrooms, ginger, scallions etc. Very subtle but amazing tasting. The mushroom stalks tasted like glass noodles.

This is at a Michelin Guide rated restaurant in Guangzhou China.
