Just baked bread loaf using Paul Hollywood's Bloomer recipe but baked at a lower temperature and in a loaf tin.
My secret to a perfectly baked loaf is using my wired temp probe with the alarm set for 190F.

Well, it's not food quite yet but will be once we're not in fire danger. A whole pork loin that I portioned out into 14 1" (ish) thick pork chops then a loin roast from the middle. The roast will get smoked on my pellet grill but the chops will probably get done over coal. Can't wait for it! They're all vacuum sealed and in the freezer for now until I can safely fire up the charcoal. 20-30 mph winds today with about 10% humidity so I didn't want to risk setting my yard ablaze.

Super easy to make.

I made some pasta the other night for dinner with my "homemade," garlic bread lol It consists of putting butter on bread and sprinkling garlic salt on it, then cooking it in the air fryer.

Capellini which is one of my favorites to make.
