Tonight's dinner.

A Vietnamese dish called Shakin' Beef. It'll look better if it was over a bed of rice but the rice is still cooking

Not bad for my first time huh ?? I definitely impressed myself ...... didn't burn it nor did I understand cook it either since it was pork ribs so I know it needs to be cooked just right!!

My husband is out of town on a business trip and my kids were asking for something grilled haaaaaa!?!? He was so surprise when I told him since I've never even turned the grilled on before ....... which yeah it took me awhile to figure out

Yep I sure do haaaaaa though I'm honestly pretty hairless anyways though I do get my eyebrows shaped occasionally and ummmm " waxed " during the bikini season!

Cooked at early dinner so me and the boys will be able to attend a watch party for the NY Met game this afternoon!!!

I am normally not a breakfast kind of gal but this is a very healthy breakfast as opposed to the usual unhealthy bacon, eggs and whatnot

Can't get enough protein and that dish looks packed with protein yuuuuum!!

Greeeeat. ...... it's not even 5am in a Saturday morning no less .......and I'm so so tempted to go downstairs and cook me an omelette thanks to you buddy
