Siemens C35. My first phone. Recently I found it in the box when I did some clean up. It is unbelievable, I was able to turn it on and it still works!

I'm going to miss some I'm sure because I've had so many but I'm going to give this a try.

1.Blackberry 8900 (my first ever smartphone. I was a junkie after this. Especially for team Blackberry)
2. Blackberry 9000
3.Blackberry Storm (after this I went back to the 9000)
4. iPhone 3Gs
5. Blackberry Storm2
6. iPhone 4 (during this time I was running both Apple and Blackberry, Blackberry for work Apple for off duty everyday use)
7. iPhone 4S (I was writing for Phonedog.com at this time and was a huge Apple enthusiasts I had ditched the Blackberry all together at this point.
Now here is where Android came into my life I don't remember exactly which android was my first so we will start with what I remember
8. Hero
9. Samsung Galaxy
10. Nexus One (the original Nexus was amazing it definitely changed the game forever
11. Nexus S
12. Galaxy Nexus
13. Nexus 4 (after this I left the Nexus family and moved over to the Samsung Galaxy family
14. Samsung Galaxy S
12. Samsung Galaxy 4
13. Then finally I came back home to Apple (since Blackberry will never be home again although I do envy there latest release.
14. iPhone 7

Now some of these are probably out of order. I just did this off the brain those are the ones I remember. I was using some at the same time especially during the Blackberry iPhone wars. when the Nexus one came out I had it, a Blackberry and a iPhone running on 3 different networks. I had a real problem in my 20's with smartphone addiction lol.

April 2018 update...

1998 Sony CMZ 200, on GTE Mobile-net (predecessor to Verizon I think, very well made phone, fond memories)
40340829305_4a041358a2_o.jpg

2002 Motorola star-tac (to date BY FAR the most unreliable electronic device I have ever owned, despised every minute of it. I was missing at least 2-3 calls at random every week )
41193077762_f276d2496d_o.jpg

2003 Nokia 3589i (bomb-proof reliable, my first game-capable phone too, COLOR display!!! Woohoo!!)
39426943290_070c666857_o.jpg

2006 LG VX8300 (compact, reliable, durable, cheap batteries, plays video, MP3, and pictures too!!, one of my sons class-mates currently has one)
26364280027_f491dd4543_o.jpg

2011 LG Cosmos touch (an OK phone, nice keyboard for text messages, better camera than my predecessors, no video playback though. This phone was a crash course hard lesson in carrier bloat ware. Came with the STUPID Bing app, that would RANDOMLY at night light up my screen and play voice recordings, asking to join this or subscribe to that!!!. Maddening to say the least, made me feel like throwing it against the wall every night at 3AM. With no glass and all plastic construction it probably would have survived just fine.... shrug)
27363604588_60b390fc39_o.jpg

2013 iPhone 5C (my first smart phone. Not bad, Meeh... kind of boring. I replace the battery every year and I still use it as a trail-mapping GPS unit for hiking and backpacking)
40523051134_b8e7fe6333_o.jpg

May 2015 Sony Xperia Z3v (WOW!!! Killer phone for $39... 4K video, water resistance, good battery life, high-res screen too. Worst thing about it was the headphone audio volume limiter... Hated that)
40341197445_3b9d537939_o.jpg

June 2015 Back to the iPhone 5C (I destroyed the Xperia after 35 days)
40523051134_b8e7fe6333_o.jpg

Dec 2015 LG-V10 (Back on Android... YESSSS!!! My first flagship device ever.)

April 2018 I am still on the LGV10. Stock up on removable batteries, ~$10 each... good to go!! Paired with a UAG case its bomb proof. The phone itself has MIL-spec drop impact resistance, combine that with the MIL-spec rating of the UAG and its a GREAT setup. I am going for the record with this phone. Going to keep using it as long as I possibly can. It did boot loop a few months ago, but I have Verizon extended warranty so I am covered there.

December 2013: Samsung Galaxy Note II (My mom gave this to me after my Nexus 7 broke. and since I didn't have a contract with Verizon yet, I just used my Google Voice number.)

August 2016: Samsung Galaxy Note 4 My mom gave me this phone after my GN2 became really slow. It was really good until it started going into a boot loop that was eventually fixed.

December 2016: Google Pixel on Verizon This is the first phone that I got on a contract and it's the phone that I currently own. I loved it so much, I gave it a nickname: "Tracer" (After the Overwatch character.) because it was fast and slick.

I'm rotating among 3 phones

Samsung Galaxy S8+
Current Smartphone

LG V20
Co-Current Smartphone
(Camera, Removable battery, Quad DAC)

ZTE Zmax Pro
Sometimes Smartphone
(Love the Built-in Dolby app and the big screen)

Re: Post Your Phone Timeline

Sony Zuma CM-Z200 (Airtouch, pre-Verizon Wireless - I think)

Motorola V200 Personal Communicator (Verizon Wireless)

Motorola T720c (Verizon Wireless)
You could take the face off and update it to the T730's and flash the T720c with T730 firmware - so that's what I did.

Motorola V710 (Verizon Wireless)
The "Class-Action Lawsuit" handset.

Motorola E815 (Verizon Wireless)

Motorola RAZR V3c (Verizon Wireless)
I bought the pre-paid V3c and activated it on my post-paid account. Verizon would close this loophole shortly after.

Motorola RIZR Z6tv (Verizon Wireless)

BlackBerry Bold 9000 (AT&T Wireless)
My first "work" phone.

DROID by Motorola (Verizon Wireless)

DROID Bionic by Motorola (Verizon Wireless)

Motorola Lapdock for DROID Bionic by Motorola
Motorola was clearly ahead of it's time. I wish they didn't drop Webtop support with the Atrix HD going forward.

DROID Pro by Motorola (Verizon Wireless)
My international/backup device.

Moto X by Motorola (Verizon Wireless)
I was going to hold out for Moto Maker to come to Verizon but stumbled on to a deal I couldn't refuse.

Microsoft KIN ONEm (Verizon Wireless)
My backup "dumbphone".

Motorola Moto G (Verizon Wireless)
My backup smartphone.

Motorola Moto X Pure Edition (third generation) (NO CARRIER!)
My current backup smartphone. Keeping FOREVER. Probably my favorite phone of ALL TIME.

Motorola Moto E (second generation) (Verizon Wireless)
My old backup smartphone.

Honor 5X (NO CARRIER!)
My other backup smartphone.

Motorola Moto Z Force Droid (Verizon Wireless)
My sometimes current smartphone.

Motorola Moto G Play (fourth generation) (Verizon Wireless)
My backup smartphone.

Motorola Moto Z2 Play (Verizon Wireless)
My backup smartphone.

Apple iPhone 6S
My work smartphone.

Apple iPhone SE
My other work smartphone.

Google Pixel
One of my backup phones.

Apple iPhone 6S Plus
My backup work smartphone.

Apple iPhone XR
My current daily driver.

Motorola Moto Z4 (Verizon Wireless)
My current weekend/Android phone.

Updated my list. hahaha

I've moved on from the iPhone XR to the iPhone 12 mini. It's given me first-gen Moto X vibes. I love this phone size. Considering the iPhone 13 mini just in case there is no iPhone 14 mini. It may be time to retire my Moto Z4 and sell it and all of the Moto Mods. :(

Not sure what my next Android phone should be.
