accessing email from xfinity

[Android Central Question]

I recently "reset" my laptop Win 10. What a chore that was but...
For awhile, my phone would chirp when I got an email into my xfinity inbox. On my phone, I have an "Xfinity Connect ("app?) and could see what that email was about. I'd leave it alone if it needed my full attention later, or I could delete it if it was garbage.
That functionality went away and I'd like to get it back.
On my phone, when I click on the "Connect" icon I get a message that I must be signed in to Xfinity. I can go to my phone settings or Chrome and all indications are that I am signed in.
Any ideas? Every "sync" setting in turned on that I can see but is it an issue with sync settings? If so, how do I set that up?

Hi there. Welcome to the forums. When you go into chrome on Windows I would logout and then clear the cache in chrome. Then login again and see what happens.
