Accidentally deleted Quickmemo and lost Capture+

I accidentally deleted the pre-installed quick memo app and now my capture+ tool is gone from my second screen. Anyone know how i can get it back?

ETA: I figured it out. In case anyone else needs the info: Settings- General- about phone- update center- update apps and you can update or install any original apps.

Are you sure you removed the App in the first place? Most of these Apps that come with the phone are locked down by carriers & can only be disabled unless you have root access. The update apps most likely just re-enabled everything to default.
