accidently pushing mute

Hello! I have been having a problem with accidently pushing the mute button. It always happens when I am holding the phone between my face and shoulder (like when I'm doing other things, and not holding it with my hand) and the screen lights up for a second and my cheek presses the mute button. It's really annoying because I don't realize it happens until the caller goes "hello?!? HELLOOOO?!!" and by the time I take my phone away and un-mute it they hang up. Is there a way to disable the mute button all together? I seriously NEVER use it.... at least not on purpose LOL

I have had the same problem.

I do that ALL THE TIME! And only realize a half a second before the other person hangs up on me.

My cousin is the person I talk to most on the phone and it has gotten to the point where if she doesn't hear me she says "did you mute me?" haha
