You can delete /data/local/bootanimation.zip and it will be back to normal. I also tried the build.prop, but it didn't work for me. Let me know if it works for you, I'd like to do it if it does.
need to change the build fingerprint as well, sorry guys ive been rather backed up. ill know out 0.3 tomorrow![]()
like he said.Hey, no worries. You manage two roms, and you've got your own personal life. It's not like were doing much but mooching your work.We all obviously enjoy your work, it's worth waiting for.
Not to get any hopes up here, but I'm beginning in Android app development. It's not so difficult after I got a feel for it.. I don't know if you could safely update your rom using my methods, but I'm working on the ability to customize the rom in every way that ShabbyLeaf allows. This would allow for everyone to customize LeafRom easier regardless of your OS!There is already a great app out call ACS Updater, but it requires a custom kernel and recovery, so I figure this would hold us over until then if I make progress. Any thoughts or suggestions?
I'm making a little bit of progress here, so I thought I'd share a teaser and see what you guys think. Here's a screenshot of the dashboard. For whatever reason, a screen cast doesn't tint the colors, so I took a print screen of a screen cast, which made the resolution way bigger.

The app itself isn't to build a custom rom, it will do what ShabbyLeaf already does (minus updating your rom). It should let you browse to a file and apply a theme or boot animation, remove bloat, and an about screenNow, I say "should" because I'm still BRAND NEW to both Android and app development. It's very similar to languages I already know, and I've gotten a lot of help from the developer of ACS Updater, but I'm having trouble with making the interface. The code itself should be easy once the UI works the way I want
