Action Memo Pin it

I got T-Mobile Note 4, and I cannot pin my action memos on my home screen why is that? I don't see any pin icon.

It's not there..

If you are not using stock launcher you won't be able to pin notes.

Also, aren't you on KitKat? I have no idea if this option was available on KitKat or not.
