Adb debugging

If one turns on adb debugging in developer settings and leaves it there on a Wear OS device [I am NOT talking of wireless debugging, that remains off, just the toggle for adb debugging]; then how much of a negative impact does it have on the watch's battery? I know Wireless debugging will drown it very fast, but just turning on the toggle for adb debugging and not actively utilizing it; what exact effect does it have?
