adjust "phone call" screen??

Just wondering, is it possible to have the "phone call screen" switch directly to the "number pad" once a call is connected VS staying on the "caller ID" screen???

It seems everywhere I call these days I have to press "xx number" to get to "xx department" and it's getting annoying having to press "dial pad" each time I need to do that. Plus on voice mail it's just an extra step.

On voice mail you can set up to have your password entered when you call so you don't have to enter each time. Not sure if you can change the on call screen maybe an app in the market will help you.

For VM, go to Menu, Settings, Call Settings, Voicemail Settings, edit your VM number by inserting in commas after the number (I have 3) then your password.

Now, when you press 1 to access your VM, the password will be entered automatically for you.

You can do that for numbers that you enter an extension on as well. Edit the number to include pauses (commas) then the ext number. save.
