I believe you can't get it anymore. There may however be an alternative, just search on the play store.

Are you running 4.2.2, 4.3 or 4.4 ?

I'm running a ZL on 4.2.2 and I'm running Flash with Dolphin browser.

You can run flash using the dolphin browser. Should work fine
