What will happen if I remove the sd card when using it as an adoptable storage? Willl there be any problem if switch off the mobile and remove it?

If you set it as adoptable storage then you shouldn't remove it ever. It can cause serious problems. Read more about adoptable storage here.

What do you mean? Are you already using the two SIM slots and you want to change one them? Or do you have just one being used now? I've been using two SIM cards from the beginning and it works great.

I mean, I am using two sim cards and I am asking what's gonna happen if change a sim card in it while keeping the sd card as adoptable storage??

Oh, I see. I think you shouldn't have any problem it you change the SIM cards while the phone is powered off. This is what I do every time I need to take a card in and out.
