And the other half of the conversation...
John: Its a new feature launched by Verizon
John: Search "Advanced Calling" on the verizon page and it comes up. It suggests that you can add it from the Change Features page and give a link to the page, but then I don't see if listed there
Sophia: May i ask what kind of phone do you have?
John: Droid Maxx
Sophia: i only see the LG G@ and Samsung Galaxy S5 and ne Iphone 6 and 6plus has it
John: Hmm... let me look
John: I went here:
Advanced Calling 1.0 - Verizon Wireless - Verizon Wireless
John: and then clicked on compatible phones, which, well, seems to have taken me here
Smartphones | Verizon Wireless
John: which I think is every phone you have. Might be a glitch in your system
Sophia: Thank you for holding i went to the website and clicking on th compatible devices i show that it just takes you to all the smart phones and not actually the phones that have advanced calling, this is a feature that is access from the device so this will not have to be a featured added
John: What do you mean accessed from the device? As in, its something that is just automatically added to compatible devices?
Sophia: Yes this is a feature that is built into the device yes
John: ok. Thanks for looking into it
Sophia: And i am showing that the only devices that have it is the 4 that i named, but one more moment i am looking at your device to see what all capabilities it have.
John: Thanks
Sophia: No problem ok after looking at your devices equipment guide it do not have the advance calling feature the only devices that have the feature is the LG G2 and Samsung galaxy 5 and Iphone 6 and iphone6 plus, i do apologize for the inconvenience or the confusion
