Adverts presented while driving

[AC Question]

Suddenly after installing some apps with adverts these ads take over my phones screen while driving and even using Waze , this is not an ok activity. It might even fall into regulations on how the device is used by police as a phone or as a GPS device
Please advice how to stop this happening.
