Recently I've been getting the following that comes up before I go into an app. It is not always the same app. Unfortunately, this has been happening for a couple of weeks, so I can't figure out which app install included this attack.

You have obviously installed an app that included this crap. Check your battery stats to see what app you are not using might be the culprit. Also, while it is on your screen, try going into your settings and see if you can find a hint based on what apps are currently running.

Did you download some free living wallpaper recently?

That would be a last resort. Why risk losing all your data when it is likely just a single app issue?

Figured it out - its for "Application Folder". Used to have the ad free version, but new phone has free version. Thanks for the help.
