I'm the only one that uses my tablet and on here when I go to storage and data usage it's saying others users. Has data and storage being used how can that be possible and that apps r being used when I don't even use them

It does not mean 'other users' in the sense that perhaps you are thinking: it's referring to apps using data and storage, other than those already mentioned.
Don't forget that there will be normal background activity going on, even though you may not be directly using those particular apps.
If you're still concerned, post a screenshot here of the message that's worrying you.
