Gunnyman Well-known member Apr 10, 2010 223 3 0 Oct 23, 2016 #3 If you have ever installed kies, even if you deleted itUninstall it. Do this by downloading it and running the included Uninstaller. Then make sure usb debugging is on. That's what I had to do.
