After installing Jelly Bean-4.1.1 my SIII gets hanged/restarts

Dear Moderator,
Need help....
I've instaaled Jelly Bean 4.1.1 on my SIII. but the problem is that its getting hanged / restarts at least twicw a day. So i reset to factory setting, but in vain....the problem persits still.

Can anybody help me???
