After the Android update on my phone, I cannot access my voicemail.

It say's your call cannot be completed when dialed. I have a Galaxy S7

Welcome to Android Central! Can you try setting up your voicemail again? Open your Phone app, tap More>Settings>Call Settings>Voicemail, and set it up from there.

To make voice mail work easily from LONG PRESSING 1 on the keypad, go into the voicemail options of the phone app and make sure that Voice Mail settings includes *86,,,[your passcode],,1

that will get you to the voice mail and you'll be listening to your new messages after it processes the final "1" in the string
