After the latest update my phone, it thinks I am left handed. How can I fix this?

after latest update my phone thinks I am left handed

Hello,

After the update I did last night, everything is switched around. My notifications moved from the upper right hand corner of my Samsung s4 to the upper left. Also the settings panel now displays the settings on the right hand side with the toggles on the left.

I'm sure this is a simple setting but I cannot seem to find it!

I don't know about your Samsung, but in general...

Settings -> Developer Options -> Force RTL layout directon.

Go into Settings > About Phone.
Scroll down until you see "Build Number" and tap it seven times in quick succession. This will enable developer options (if they're not enabled already.)
Once your phone tells you you're a developer, hit the back button to go to the main settings.
At the bottom, right above About Phone, you'll now see "Developer Options" where it wasn't before. Tap it.
Scroll down and tap the box to enable "Force RTL layout direction".

They (developer options) must be enabled already or he wouldn't be in RTL mode. As with others who have been in this particular mess, the OP probably enabled RTL mode without realizing what he did or - and this is my favorite - a friend or co-worker decided to have some fun.
