After the OTA Install

It goes in /system/app
I am rooted and replaced the update file and all is well

Mine doesn't hold after a reboot. Any ideas?

NM, I figured it out.

Definitely got better reception before the update. Probably going to find that radio.

Not doing the update. I can't find anything wrong with the reception. Had it out in the sticks today and it works as well as any phone I've used. Better.

Well you could install the OTA then reinstall the APK to patch the search again. It works just fine FYI. Otherwise you could keep it the way that it is too I guess. Whatever floats your boat!

Getting 14MBs down now on HSPA+ so that's a positive thing.

How can I tell if I got the OTA update? Is there a version number of something on my S3 that I can check??
