AKG Wired Headphones for Free?

Success at least from the phone line. They will be shipping two of them to me. lol. No Promo since we didn't buy the devices from Samsung.
 
Filed claim through chat and theybare mailing me a pair of headphones to use. I purchased my 0hone through tmobile.

I just saw this article. It claims that for those who desire the AKG USB - c wired headphones, you need to contact Samsung customer service. Allegedly, they are willing to give them to you. No word on it will cost or not. Anyone interested in this? I definitely am.

I use my own better quality wired headphones with a rapid charge dongle/and non usb C headphones so i can rapid charge at the same time as I'm using the wired headset.
 
Don't call them, just do the live chat- order help (not the regular live chat, they will just tell you to buy it).
1. Samsung.com
2. Scroll all the way down, press the "contact us" under "support"
3. Press the blue chatbox on the bottom right corner.
4. Press "order help" and fill out the required info. (it should ask for name, email, order number...)

-I just said, "I've bought Samsung Notes before and they all came with earphones, but the Note 20 Ultra that I received today did not have it."
-They said something about Samsung no longer ship out wired headphone but will give a "one-time exception for Note 20/Note 20 Ultra buyers"

Final step: They will give you a reference number and you have to call the technical department once your phone arrived. They will send it to you.

I asked for the spen nibs and this is what I got....

Please be advised that the Samsung Note 20 does not include spare S Pen nibs in the box. Samsung has made improvements on the design of the S Pen of the Note 20 which should eliminate the need for replacing the nib.

I wasn't pleased with the above message and I politely let them know how dissatisfied and disappointed I was.
Then I got the below reply, I'm guessing that it means that I'll be getting the pen nibs after all :-)

Damn, that's better than the answer I got. I was just told that the Note20 Series no longer supports changing SPen tips and they are making note of my dissatisfaction. In other words, just deal with it. Smh. I've said it before, but of all things to remove from the box, SPen tips makes the least sense, for the Note devices.
 
Just got 2 large boxes from Samsung with headphones in a little envelope inside. Could have sent 200 pair in each box. They took about 1 week to get after being on chat 3 or 4 times with them.
