Almost got mine......ups lost package on the day of delivery lol

Got the headphones today and surprisingly came with a Super Fast Charger, USB C cord and another S Pen. Only expected the headphones. Not complaining. (For ref Note 20 Ultra in U.S.)

Mine are scheduled for delivery tomorrow although the tracking info says "we made a mistake in sorting that may result in a delivery delay". Figures...that's my luck. Now can anyone give me a link for a free Samsung wireless charging pad? LOL

Interesting i thought i was the only one that got all the same things you got then today my second free headphones came in with all those accessories guess we got lucky.

It wasn't that they didn't have time. They made a decision not to.

Seems like they made that decision after they mass produced them because these definitely look like they were packaged to go inside the phone box.

More likely they just pulled them from existing production stock which is they way the bundle those and have them sitting on the shelf ready to go.

Received my headphones just as I received my email from Samsung stating that my trade-in had been excepted.

More likely they just pulled them from existing production stock which is they way the bundle those and have them sitting on the shelf ready to go.

They are actually pretty nice so I'm glad that it was mentioned here to request them. I'll probably give them to my son as he was asking about them and I don't need them.

I agree. They sound decent for included earphones. I'm glad I found this thread and got my 2 sets. Maybe Samsung will stop cheaping out and just include them in the future...then again, likely not. I'm sure most Note 20 buyers didn't actually request them so Sammy will maintain its stash and won't need to make nearly as many anytime soon.

Mine came today and they were UPS Overnight? I thought that was weird... whatever - not complaining! As everyone else stated, they sound pretty damned good, I think I'll probably use them with my Microsoft SurfacePro 7 for YouTube video, etc., sitting on the couch while watching TV so I don't bother the wife!!! Problem solved!

So Samsung shipped my items through UPS and it seems like they did not send me any headphones at all? They sent me another S-Pen and another 25W charger brick with USB-C cable. Guess I can put better use with these than the headphones? lol.

Very cool. For those that got the extra pen and charger, how did you go about getting the order for the replacement earphones?? Did you go to the Samsung site given by that Android Central article or talk to support directly?? I honestly would have preferred the spare pen and extra chargers don't hurt over the earphones. I'm all in on BT earphones.

Are the S-Pen color matching to your phone??

Sounds like someone in the fulfillment center was a newbie or got lazy.
