My wife recently upgraded from a Galaxy S3 to a Galaxy S6 and she is having the same issue with Alarm Clock Extreme that she had on her old device. When her alarm goes off in the morning she is sometimes unable to snooze the alarm by shaking the device. She has to enter her security code to unlock the phone, snooze any calendar reminders that recently triggered (using the Calendar Snooze app) and then she is finally able to snooze Alarm Clock Extreme. Until she does that the song she selected as her alarm gradually gets louder (crescendo). Any idea why this is happening? Is it because of the calendar event reminders firing off before her alarm goes off? Come to think of it I used to experience the same problem with my S4.
Followup...I just confirmed this on my own S6. I created a calendar event with a reminder that was to go off one minute before my alarm was to go off. With my phone on silent mode I saw the reminder popup on my screen but I did not touch it. One minute later my alarm started to go off (crescendo) and I could not snooze it until my screen was unlocked and my calender reminder was dismissed (or snoozed). So to summarize....for some reason the "snooze screen" does not display when a calender event reminder has occurred PRIOR to the alarm time.
