That is it!!!
For some reason, it would not let me "hand sweep" to save the screen. I had to use my wife's Note to capture the image, SORRY.
I'm an IT tech support guy, so this is a little embarrassing. but it still does not show up even in Running Services under Developer Options.

That's the alarm app I use.

Take a screen shot by pressing and holding both the power and volume down buttons simultaneously. It's a bit tricky to get used to. Many times you will turn down the volume and then take a screenshot, getting the volume bar down at the top of the pic.

Or just pull out the stylus and tap on "Screen Write"
