Alarm Not Giving Briefing Like My S8 Did

When I used Bixby to set an alarm ("set alarm six o'clock ") with my S8, it automatically started telling me about the weather and news and things like that. I didn't do anything to set it up, it just did it. My Note 8 doesn't do that, and I can't find a way to get it to happen. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

my note 8 does all that you'll have to set up your alarm using bixby . you can't do it manually. just tell bixby to set up my alarm an give me the daily new an weather
