I am transferring music from my PC to Nexus 7 but the album art is not showing on the Nexus 7, how or what do I need to get it there?
I am using airdroid to transfer them.

Okay. I'm going to council patience. I had the same problem, except it wasn't just missing artwork, it was songs not being classified as being in albums. Two days later, I just checked my music library on my PC, and everything has been properly classified by album, with artwork.

I guess it takes a while for the upload process to complete, which is why I am counseling patience.

BTW, you can see your music library on a PC by opening a browser (using Chrome?), going to play.google.com and logging in to your music account.

I found out that you need to have album art in music folder, renamed albumart, then if you transfer the whole folder from pc to the Nexus music folder.

You should probably just update all of your MP3s so that the album art is embedded into each file.

The artwork appears within minutes if you have it embedded in your MP3s. The bad news is they replace your artwork with 256x256 pixel art which doesn't look the best on our high resolution devices.
