Alcatel One Touch Pop S7 / Vodafone Smart 4 Power 985N update failing
Hi All,
As above I have an Alcatel One Touch Pop S7 / Vodafone Smart 4 Power with KitKat version 4.4.2 and custom build version 110FMN1. it is now telling me there is an update to custom build 300FMN1 but no matter what I try, it will not download, either over Wi-Fi or data connection, it just keeps failing with message "Download failed. Please try again later". Can anyone please either assist in resolving this issue or alternatively advise where a person can download these updates manually to install later? The phone is stock standard, no custom ROM, no rooting, nothing.
